No refunds will be provided 24 hours after an order has been placed. All designs come with up to 3 revisions so that we are able to satisfy your design expectations. We will work hard to create your vision so you can leave as a satisfied customer. If you choose to cancel a service already in progress, a refund will not be given due to the work already produced.
A refund will be given in the event Shanetta Designs is unable to produce a project for personal reasons.
